This market will resolve according to the official UFC Flyweight division champion on December 31, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET. Only official UFC division champions will count. Interim champions will not count. If the relevant belt is vacant at this market’s check time, or there is otherwise no champion in the specified division, this market will resolve to “Other”. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the UFC (https://www.ufc.com/athletes).The tight trader consensus between Joshua Van and Alexandre Pantoja for UFC flyweight champion at the end of 2026 stems primarily from their scheduled title rematch at UFC 331 in September. Van captured the belt via injury TKO in December 2025 and has since defended successfully, while Pantoja seeks an immediate return as the former long-reigning champion. With only a few months remaining after the bout, limited additional title opportunities are expected before year-end, leaving little room for other ranked contenders such as Manel Kape or Tatsuro Taira to insert themselves. This near-term head-to-head dynamic, combined with both fighters' strong recent form and the division's shallow title picture, keeps implied probabilities nearly even.
