Otherwise, the associated market will resolve to "No". Any tiebreaker (extra time or penalty shoot-out within a qualifying tie) will not be considered separate from League Phase qualification. If the League Phase of the 2026–27 UEFA Europa League is cancelled, postponed to begin after September 16, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or the full 36-team League Phase field has not been officially confirmed by UEFA within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market will be official information from UEFA and/or the clinching team; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The UEFA Europa League's 2026/27 qualifying rounds are reaching a critical stage, with the play-off draw scheduled for August 3 and first legs set for August 20. Recent second qualifying round results have featured high drama, including comebacks, penalty shootouts, and progression for sides like Anderlecht and Benfica, while others such as CSKA Sofia advanced on spot kicks. Trader sentiment typically centers on two-legged tie dynamics, where home advantage, squad rotation, and European pedigree heavily influence implied probabilities of reaching the 36-team league phase. Key variables include official team news on injuries or suspensions ahead of the draw, recent domestic form, and historical knockout records for clubs from varying coefficient rankings. Weather, travel logistics, and potential extra-time scenarios in tight aggregates can also shift momentum in the final stages.
