This market will resolve based on the longest game duration (time in minutes) of any single completed game played at The International 2026 tournament, scheduled for August 13, 2026 - August 23, 2026. This market will not count games played in the regional qualifiers and will only count matches played in the main tournament. For purposes of this market time will be rounded down to the nearest minute e.g. 100:59 counts as minute 100 not minute 101. If the tournament is cancelled, the market will resolve based on the longest completed game at the time of cancellation. If no games are completed during the tournament, this market will resolve to "other". The primary resolution source for this market will be Dotabuff(https://www.dotabuff.com); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The tight clustering of implied probabilities across duration brackets for The International 2026 stems from the early Swiss group stage and the 7.41 meta's emphasis on map changes, new neutral items, and reworked objectives that support both aggressive early finishes and extended mid-to-late game fights. With 16 teams contesting best-of-three series in Shanghai, drafts featuring split-push lineups or high-sustain cores can push individual maps into the 80-110 minute range, while coordinated aggression keeps others shorter. Historical TI data shows wide variance in longest maps depending on patch balance and team styles, leaving traders uncertain which outlier will emerge as the tournament progresses through playoffs.
