This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 MLS Golden Boot. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLS rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLS season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026 ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Soccer; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.**Lionel Messi leads the 2026 MLS Golden Boot race with 18 goals after a four-goal performance in Inter Miami’s 7-1 rout of CF Montréal on August 29, shortly after returning from Argentina’s World Cup campaign.** His combination of volume scoring, playmaking (nearly 10 assists), and Inter Miami’s high-output attack underpins the 60.5% implied probability, reflecting traders’ view of his sustained edge in a league where he has already claimed the award multiple times. Petar Musa has closed to within one or two goals (recently tying at 18 via a late penalty for FC Dallas) and sits at 20.2%, but faces a stiffer path given Dallas’s schedule and lower team goal output. Players such as Sam Surridge, Evander, and Denis Bouanga trail further back with around 13 goals each, limiting their realistic contention unless injuries or form shifts occur in the remaining regular-season matches.
