Recent days have seen the LCQ progress through early rounds with standard chess formats emphasizing rapid time controls, precise calculation, and opening preparation under high-stakes pressure. Key factors shaping outcomes include current Elo ratings, head-to-head records in prior online and over-the-board events, recent form from major tournaments, and physical stamina for extended matches. Any late roster adjustments, technical issues, or standout performances in the ongoing stages could shift the field, while the large prize pool and qualification implications add intensity to every game.
