The middleweight division's lack of a confirmed next bout for Dricus du Plessis after his unanimous decision win over Kamaru Usman in July 2026 has kept the market tightly bunched, with multiple fighters clustered near even implied probabilities. Recent form, prior head-to-head results, and title implications factor heavily into trader sentiment, as du Plessis's strong performances against Sean Strickland and others leave several logical options open. Nassourdine Imavov sits slightly behind at 44% amid speculation around his ranking climb, while Strickland draws 21.5% interest due to their established rivalry. Khamzat Chimaev's low 2.3% reflects his current champion status and limited immediate rematch viability. This competitive dynamic stems from the division's depth and the absence of official UFC announcements, sustaining uncertainty across the field.
