Recent polling for Israel's October 27, 2026 Knesset election consistently projects Likud below its 32 seats from 2022, with most surveys placing the party in the low-to-mid 20s amid voter fatigue, security concerns following October 2023 events, and fallout from prior judicial reform efforts. Likud's August 17-18 primaries produced a Netanyahu-aligned slate but featured low turnout and intense competition for limited realistic spots, as current projections leave many incumbents at risk. A post-primary survey showed a modest uptick to 31 seats, yet broader averages and historical trends point to a net decline, sustaining trader consensus on a seat loss. No major polling reversal has emerged in the past month to shift this positioning.
