Julian Cash and Lloyd Glasspool, the former world No. 1 doubles team with multiple 2025 titles and a deep Masters 1000 run in Cincinnati last year, face Rajeev Ram and Joe Salisbury in men's doubles at the 2026 Cincinnati Open. Cash/Glasspool enter with strong recent hard-court momentum and top-tier rankings, while Ram, a Carmel native and two-time Cincinnati champion (with different partners), pairs again with Salisbury, who helped secure the 2022 title. The matchup pits the Brits' consistent form and net play against the Americans' experience, serve-volley tactics, and home-crowd familiarity on outdoor hard courts. Both teams have history in the event, and recent ATP doubles rankings show Cash/Glasspool holding higher individual spots, though Ram/Salisbury's veteran chemistry adds competitive balance in early-round action.
