This market will resolve according to the winner of the 2026 China Open (snooker), currently scheduled for August 8, 2026 to August 16, 2026. If this tournament is postponed after August 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, canceled, or a winner has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other." If multiple players are declared winner, this market will resolve in favor of the player whose listed name comes first alphabetically. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the tournament organizer, the World Snooker Tour (wst.tv); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Zhao Xintong holds the narrowest edge in the China Open 2026 winner market thanks to his commanding recent form, including a dominant Tour Championship victory over Judd Trump, combined with strong home support as a top-ranked Chinese player. Judd Trump sits close behind as world number one, while Wu Yize, Mark Selby, Kyren Wilson, and Ronnie O'Sullivan remain tightly grouped due to their proven consistency on the ranking circuit and ability to navigate long best-of-19 and best-of-25 formats. The wide distribution of implied probabilities across dozens of contenders reflects the event's deep field, variable draw paths, and the inherent unpredictability of snooker where recent momentum, qualification results, and individual matchups can shift outcomes rapidly.
