Red Star Belgrade enters the 2026–27 Serbian SuperLiga as defending champions after a dominant 2025–26 campaign, yet early results reveal a tightly contested field. IMT leads the opening matches, with Red Star, Čukarički, and Vojvodina close behind in the standings, while Partizan and several mid-table sides post competitive records. The league’s split into championship and relegation rounds, combined with promoted clubs Zemun and Mačva, squad turnover during the summer window, and variable early form across the 14-team division, leaves title implications unclear. This uncertainty sustains narrow implied probabilities across contenders, as traders price in the potential for any side to surge through consistent results and favorable scheduling.
