The June 2027 San Luis Potosí gubernatorial election remains wide open more than ten months before voting, with trader prices reflecting a fragmented field of over two dozen declared or potential candidates from Morena, PVEM, PAN, PRI and smaller parties. The Green Party, which holds the governorship, has confirmed it will compete independently rather than in alliance, while Morena-PT-PVEM coalition registration drives launched in June and early polling shows no candidate above 32 percent. This dispersion of support, combined with the absence of finalized party nominations or major campaign events, keeps implied probabilities clustered in the 30-50 percent range across frontrunners and long shots. Separation is likely to emerge after primary processes conclude, official candidacies are registered, and the first head-to-head surveys appear in late 2026 or early 2027.
