**FURY and Dolphin Esport enter this BO1 opener in the APL 2026 Asia Stage 2 round-robin at even implied probabilities, reflecting comparable roster talent from the Thai scene and limited direct history.** FURY, with its established core including Roldinii, Farlord, Darkk, LebyRinth, and Piomin under coach Manny, finished seventh in Stage 1 after a mixed group-stage record but carries prior playoff experience from 2025 campaigns. Dolphin Esport, rebranded from the HL Tauri roster that parted ways with the organization, earned promotion by placing third in the Challenger Series, signaling strong recent form and momentum heading into the main league. Both sides face a new meta and map pool in the 2025-2026 season, with the single-elimination format amplifying the impact of early-round execution, operator picks, and site setups. FURY’s greater league mileage provides a slight edge in familiarity, while Dolphin’s challenger success highlights potential for upset-level coordination. Any confirmed roster adjustments, map veto trends, or early-stage results in the coming playdays could quickly shift trader consensus ahead of their September 4 matchup.
