This market will resolve to "Yes" if the winner of BLAST Open Porto 2026, currently scheduled for August 26 to September 6, 2026, is a team that has never previously won a Counter-Strike event organized by BLAST. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". A prior BLAST event win means a first-place finish by the same organization in any completed Counter-Strike tournament organized by BLAST before the start of BLAST Open Porto 2026, including BLAST Pro Series, BLAST Premier (including its World Finals and other BLAST Premier events), BLAST Bounty, BLAST Open, BLAST Rivals, and any Major championship organized by BLAST. Open, regional, or national qualifiers for BLAST events and show matches will not be considered. Prior wins attach to the organization regardless of roster changes; a win recorded under a different organization by players who later joined the winning team will not count as a prior win for that team. If BLAST Open Porto 2026 is cancelled, postponed beyond September 20, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or no winner is declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market will be HLTV.org; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.**Top contenders like Team Spirit, Team Vitality, and MOUZ have multiple prior BLAST titles, making a first-time winner unlikely in this stacked CS2 field.** Team Spirit enters as the slight favorite after strong recent results including a BLAST Bounty Season 2 title and deep runs at other S-tier events, while Falcons, Vitality, NAVI, and MOUZ round out the elite group with proven BLAST success. Vitality’s repeated dominance across Open and Rivals events, combined with MOUZ’s Bounty wins and Spirit’s Spring Final victory, aligns with the 85% implied probability that the Porto champion will come from this experienced group rather than an unproven roster. The single-elimination playoffs after GSL groups further favor consistent, high-ranked squads with prior circuit experience over any surprise first-time breakthrough.
