With the event still days from first-round action, no player holds a meaningful pre-tournament edge for the 36-hole lead. The course’s mix of reachable par-5s and scoring opportunities, combined with fresh legs and playoff motivation, allows multiple contenders to post low rounds early. Recent Wyndham Championship results that finalized the field further underscore broad parity, keeping implied probabilities clustered tightly around 50 percent and reflecting the wisdom of crowds that any of several dozen golfers can emerge atop the leaderboard after two rounds.
