The 2026–27 UEFA Nations League A features an expanded 18-team field following promotion of sides including England, Turkey, Greece, Norway, Wales, and Czech Republic from the prior cycle, alongside survivors such as France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Portugal, and the Netherlands. League phase matches begin in late September 2026 across four groups, with fourth-placed teams facing automatic relegation to League B and third-placed sides entering March 2027 two-legged play-offs against League B runners-up. Key variables include recent international form after Euro 2024 and World Cup qualifiers, squad depth amid club commitments, managerial transitions, and home/away splits in compact groups. Early results and injury updates will shape the implied probabilities reflected in trader consensus.
