This market will resolve according to the next UFC fighter that Conor McGregor is officially announced to face in a UFC bout. Resolution for this market will be based on the next UFC fighter that Conor McGregor is officially announced to fight, regardless of whether the fight ends up taking place. Only official announcements from the UFC, which include a scheduled date for the bout, will count. Announcements with no date or which do not confirm that the fight is official, speculation, or other unofficial announcements will not count. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the UFC.McGregor's recent TKO loss to Max Holloway at UFC 329 followed by successful knee surgery has left his next opponent undetermined, with his planned 2027 return during International Fight Week keeping multiple options viable. The bunched probabilities around 47.5–50% for Chandler, Masvidal, Diaz, Holloway, Garry, and others reflect ongoing uncertainty, as no official matchup has been announced and McGregor has historically eyed familiar rivals with stylistic appeal or grudge-match draw. Recent form, welterweight positioning, and recovery timelines contribute to the even trader consensus, underscoring how roster health and promotional scheduling can sustain competitive dynamics without a clear leader.
