Falcons quarterback instability stands out as the key driver behind current trader consensus, with Tua Tagovailoa doubtful and Michael Penix Jr. ruled out for the Week 2 matchup, leaving Cooper Rush to start again after a limited Week 1 performance. Carolina’s Bryce Young delivered 361 passing yards and three touchdowns in the opener despite the loss to Chicago, while the Panthers’ offense generated 478 total yards. Atlanta leans heavily on Bijan Robinson amid its own offensive struggles, and recent history shows Carolina sweeping the series in 2025. Both teams sit at 0-1 entering their first divisional game, with the second meeting still months away, leaving ample room for roster changes, momentum shifts, and variance that keeps implied probabilities tightly bunched.
