Strong grandmaster participation, including high-rated players like Daniil Dubov and Vladislav Artemiev, shapes early group standings, where rapid-form metrics, head-to-head records, and consistency under time pressure drive advancement odds. Recent group-stage results from the first rounds have already created separation in several pools, while playoff seeding and bracket position will determine who secures one of the five qualification spots amid potential upsets from lower-seeded contenders. Schedule density across consecutive days favors players with proven endurance in multi-round formats.
