Strong recent form from players like Scheffler and Fleetwood, solid FedExCup standings positioning, and the course's demanding layout have prevented any single golfer from emerging as a clear frontrunner ahead of the August 13 start. Historical patterns of leaderboard volatility through 54 holes in this playoff opener further support the competitive balance reflected in trader consensus.
