Antoine Ghibaudo enters the Astana Challenger round-of-32 match as the higher-ranked player (ATP 351 vs. Imamura’s 415) and holds the stronger implied probability in trader pricing. Both competitors have competed primarily on hard courts this season, with Ghibaudo posting consistent results in European and Turkish Challengers while Imamura has recorded occasional upsets in lower-level events but fewer wins against comparable opposition. No reported injuries, withdrawals, or schedule changes have altered the matchup. Surface conditions and recent match volume favor the French player’s baseline consistency, though Imamura’s right-handed game and prior doubles experience against Ghibaudo provide a narrow path for an upset in what remains a competitive early-round encounter.
