Dmytro Shchegelskyi and Ruslan Novak, both Ukrainian competitors, have met repeatedly in Setka Cup events, producing tightly contested matches decided in four or five sets. Shchegelskyi captured the most recent encounter 3-1 on July 19, 2026, after the pair split earlier July results that included a 3-0 win for Novak and multiple 3-2 decisions. Recent form, serve consistency, and spin variations on the indoor tables have shaped outcomes, with neither player holding a dominant edge in head-to-head play. Any upcoming fixture in the same tournament could hinge on current match fitness, adaptation to opponent tactics, and minor adjustments in rally aggression or defensive coverage.
