The Slovenian PrvaLiga's 2026/27 runner-up race remains tightly contested because no single side has established clear separation behind defending champions NK Celje. Traditional powers NK Maribor and NK Olimpija Ljubljana retain strong squads and European experience, while NK Koper, NK Bravo, and promoted side NK Nafta 1903 have posted strong early results and benefited from targeted summer reinforcements. Current form after the opening fixtures shows Maribor and Nafta near the top, yet the mid-table pack—including ND Mura, NK Radomlje, and newcomers NK Brinje Grosuplje—keeps results unpredictable. With multiple clubs holding comparable squad depth, home/away records, and historical pedigree for top-four finishes, traders price each contender near even odds, reflecting the absence of a standout favorite for second place.

If this event is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other".
The resolution source will be official information from the Slovenian PrvaLiga; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
