Sinner leads the 2026 US Open winner market at 29% implied probability due to his No. 1 ranking, recent Wimbledon title, and proven hard-court major success, though a right knee issue prompted his Cincinnati withdrawal. Alcaraz sits at 16% as defending champion and Australian Open winner but faces significant uncertainty after a wrist injury sidelined him since April and kept him out of the final hard-court tune-up. Zverev at 13.9% benefits from his French Open breakthrough and consistent baseline game suited to New York’s courts, while the broader field remains competitive amid the top players’ health questions and limited recent match play for several contenders.
