This market will resolve to "Yes" if any player records 461 or more total kills across all maps played during VALORANT Champions 2026 (also known as VCT Champions 2026), currently scheduled for September 24 to October 18, 2026, in Shanghai, China, breaking the record for the most kills by a single player at a VALORANT Champions event. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The current record is 460 kills, set by Jaccob "yay" Whiteaker (OpTic Gaming) at VALORANT Champions 2022, according to vlr.gg. Kills recorded in overtime rounds count. Only completed maps count. Exactly 460 kills would tie, not break, the record and would resolve this market to "No". If VALORANT Champions 2026 is canceled, or is postponed such that it has not concluded by November 17, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be the vlr.gg event stats page (https://www.vlr.gg/event/stats/2766/valorant-champions-2026). However, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The even 50% split in trader consensus stems from a deep, balanced field of 16 teams featuring proven high-volume fraggers like aspas, lukxo, and Slowly alongside squads such as Paper Rex, NRG, 100 Thieves, and EDward Gaming. The double-elimination bracket through October 18 in Shanghai offers enough maps for an aggressive duelist to chase yay’s 460-kill benchmark from 2022 if their team sustains momentum, yet no single roster dominates recent international results. Recent form from Stage 2 qualifiers, roster stability, and potential meta shifts in agent pools or economy could swing totals either direction, while early exits or defensive-heavy patches would cap individual output.
