Carlos Alcaraz leads the 2026 US Open winner market at 47.5% implied probability as the defending champion who has advanced convincingly in his return from a multi-month wrist injury, including a straight-sets win over Wu Yibing, while Jannik Sinner’s knee withdrawal removed the top hard-court threat and elevated Alcaraz’s position. Alexander Zverev sits second at 24.5% after claiming the French Open title and reaching the Wimbledon final, though he has endured multiple five-set battles early in New York as the top seed. Ben Shelton at 7.6% benefits from strong recent form and home-crowd support, with Learner Tien, Daniil Medvedev, and emerging players like Alexander Blockx and Francisco Cerundolo holding smaller shares amid a field opened by early upsets and ongoing round-of-16 action.
